\"artsauce\"The Sweet Service Award<\/strong> goes to Artsauce, for the trouble it took to source A5 writing books, which I buy from them for my note-taking in restaurants and at events. \u00a0I had placed an order for them, but they had not received delivery in time for me to leave on my trip, so they sent a driver to collect the books from their supplier especially.<\/p>\n

\"image\"The Sour Service Award<\/strong> goes to the Strand Palace Hotel in London, for its charge of \u00a320 for an early check-in, despite my pre-paid room being ready. It also threatened to charge for an ice bucket with ice, but did not do so in the end.<\/p>\n
