\"vodacom\"The Sweet Service Award<\/strong> goes to Vodacom in the V&A Waterfront and its consultant Warren Bathgate, who organized for the replacement within half an hour of my iPhone screen, which had become faulty when my phone fell. I was unaware of the Apple Doctor service which Vodacom offers. I needed my phone to be operational for a lunch I was attending, to take photographs of the renovated Grand Africa Caf\u00e9 & Beach<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"wefix\"The Sour Service Award<\/strong> goes to WeFix (previously iFix, and a previous Sweet Service Award recipient), for not returning my call on the day I wanted to check details about my iPhone repair. Twice the City branch did not answer its call, so I called the Waterfront branch, and was promised a call back with an alternative phone number for the City branch. I received no call, despite the promise!<\/p>\n
