What is interesting is the exclusion of restaurants which were acclaimed by Eat Out<\/b> in its latest restaurant awards in November 2016: The Pot Luck Club (in top 11 – 20 restaurant list); Chef’s Warehouse & Canteen on Bree Street (in top 11 – 20 restaurant list); Le Quartier Fran\u00e7ais’ The Tasting Room (in top 10 but closing at the end of April when long-standing Chef Margot Janse leaves the restaurant); The Restaurant at Waterkloof, whose Chef Greg Czarnecki was named the Top Chef in the country; Overture (in top 10); Indochine (in top 11 – 20 restaurant list); Terroir (in top 11 – 20 restaurant list); Jordan restaurant (in top 11 – 20 restaurant list); Nobu (in 11 – 20 restaurant list); Pierneef \u00e0 La Motte (in top 11 – 20 restaurant list); and Rust en Vrede (in top 11 – 20 restaurant list). The Werf did not even make the Eat Out <\/b>Top 20 list last year!<\/p>\n
