The welcome drink of Steenberg Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc reflects the loyalty of the Harbour House Group in supporting the Constantia wine estates. &nbsp;When ordering the High Tea, a glass of the sparkling wine costs R60.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We were welcomed by Lisa Carey, Marketing and PR Manager of the Harbour House Group.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Harbour House is one of two restaurants, with La Parada, to occupy the heritage Constantia Nek building, previously having housed Cape Town&#8217;s oldest restaurant:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"YStXCA1qAZ\"><p><a
