\"\"<\/a>The Sweet Service Award<\/b> goes to Woolworths W Caf\u0119 in the V&A Waterfront, and to its Manager Rene\u00e9 Keen, for all her kindness, and excellent service she has offered me since I started going to have my cappuccinos there. When she sees me walk in, she alerts her Barista immediately before I place my order, and reminds him\/her how I like my dry cappuccino. Very sadly she is moving to the new Tableview Mall and its W Caf\u00e9 branch, the shoppers at this branch being fortunate to benefit from her excellent Service, which rubs off onto the staff working for her too! <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award <\/b>goes to H\u00f4tel La P\u00e9rouse in Nice, and its intern Loic Monzali, an arrogant staff member who could not handle my feedback that the dry cappuccino was not made correctly! He was so eager to charge me for the cappuccino, as it is not included in the Breakfast offering (only normal coffee is), that he did not listen to me explaining to him how to make it. Despite speaking a good English, he dumped two boiled eggs on my table with words of anger in French, and generally expressed attitude and arrogance. Once I started asking for his surname, provided by a Manager under duress, he tried to be friendlier, looking after my water and ice requirements while I worked in the restaurant area until I left the hotel for the airport. <\/p>\n
