\"\"<\/a>The Sweet Service Award<\/b> goes to Tiger\u2019s Milk Kloof Street, where I experienced double service excellence in one afternoon. I had finished a meeting, and while chatting to Group staff member Linda Hofstetter, saw that my phone battery was down to 5%. I tried to book my Uber trip back home, but I could not get it to work. Linda tried to help me on my phone, and when it didn\u2019t want to work, she called a car for me on her App, and refused to accept payment for it. A security staff member stood at the Kloof Street entrance to the restaurant, and assisted me in identifying the Uber vehicle, and in safely walking me across the road to the car. <\/p>\n

The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to Upstairs at Harbour House in the Waterfront. I popped in to have a cup of coffee, but after three attempts, with a description of how the dry cappuccino should be made, and not one of the cups of coffee brought to me correctly made, in that they contained milk. I gave up on the coffee, and as a I had to be in a Kloof Street to visit a friend, I had my dry cappuccino perfectly made afterwards at the Tiger’s Milk just up the road from her. <\/p>\n
