\"\"<\/a>The Sweet Service Award<\/b> goes to MAC cosmetics in the V&A Waterfront, and its assistant manager Kerry Trainer. I wanted to buy my favorite lipstick and gave her the name of the colour, only to be told that the colour has been discontinued, something which happens so often in cosmetics. She said she could have the stock room checked for any last lipsticks in this colour, if I could wait for a while. I returned and was irritated that the person fetching the lipsticks still had not returned to the shop. When I returned a second time, the lipstick had arrived, plus a sample one, which Kerry offered me for free, due to the colour being discontinued. She offered to look for more of the lipstick colour at other branches, and called me back, to tell me that she had found five for me at Cavendish Square, and that they would keep them for me until I could collect them. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to Uber, for its excessive pricing for a standard ride to Bree Street, to a clinic in which I was to undergo an operation. The ride was charged at R180, a triple surcharge, at 7h30 on a Monday morning. I had no choice but to accept the charge, as I would be unable to drive after the operation, and had arranged to be collected. <\/p>\n
