\"\"The Sweet Service Award<\/b> goes to Tanur Jewellery in the V&A Waterfront, where I not only found a tanzanite eternity ring, after a long struggle to find the perfect match with my other tanzanite rings, but also enjoyed excellent Service, in having the ring enlarged. The ring was finished before the promised time, and I was called, to invite me to collect it. It was accompanied with a certificate, unlike my poor experience at Kamaldien Jewelers, also in the Waterfront. <\/p>\n

\"\"The Sour Service Award<\/b> goes to Kamaldien Jewelers in the V&A Waterfront. I have been on the hunt for a tanzanite eternity ring to match two tanzanite rings I own, to wear together. I found a ring at the jewelry store, and despite it being too small, I could see what it looked like with my other dark blue tanzanite rings, and the ring seemed a perfect match. When I collected the ring the next day, the tanzanite colour looked completely different, being a light lilac colour. I could not help feeling that I was duped, and that the stones had been replaced while the ring was at the Workshop, with inferior stones. It has been suggested to me that the colour change may have happened during the resizing!  I wanted to report poor service which I had received from the salesperson, but had to wait until the following Monday, as the owner of the store, Mrs Kamaldien, does not receive calls from customers and does not call back on weekends! I did not receive a certificate for my tanzanite ring!<\/p>\n
