The Sour Service Award goes to TakeaLot, for the second week running. I placed a massive order recently, which took two weeks to be delivered. A garden fork ordered was wrapped in two sets of bubble wrap, a wasteful use of plastic as packaging and time to unwrap it. A Bosch manual lawnmower was sent in an IKEA-style box, with no indication on the App that it has to be assembled! The delivery persons are less friendly than I have experienced in the many years of using the delivery service.
