The Sweet Service Award goes to Babylonstoren for its precise delivery timing, communicated to online orderers in the morning on the delivery day. Earlier this week my delivery time was communicated as 13h09, and the driver arrived at 13h00!
The Sour Service Award goes to TakeaLot, who change their delivery day from that communicated when placing the order, and force one to be at home all day to wait for the order.
