Sweet Service goes to Fireplace Studio; Sour Service Award goes to Uber!
The Sweet Service Award goes to the Fireplace Studio, and its salesman Wayne Malgas, for the speedy installation of a gas fireplace, in less than a week after I gave them the go-ahead! The unit had to be couriered down from Johannesburg, and a gas bottle had to be delivered by Eddles Gas, all parties doing their best to meet my deadline. I am still waiting for a fireplace quotation from Italcotta, despite having done a follow up call to the sales consultant, two weeks after he called. Continue reading →
