Shortly after Chef Luke Dale-Roberts closed down his restaurant at The Saxon Hotel, Villas, and Spa in Johannesburg, the five-star hotel has announced that it will open Grei fine-dining restaurant on 19 April, with Chef Candice Philip at the helm.

A media release received from the Saxon Hotel yesterday has announced the surprise news that Chef Luke Dale-Roberts is exiting the Johannesburg market on 31 March, after two years of collaboration, to concentrate on his three Cape Town restaurants!
