The Sweet Service Award goes to Foxcroft in Constantia, which allowed me to enter during their split break (the door was open) yesterday afternoon, and to order a cappuccino. The coffee was made by supplier Tribe’s Christopher Gaag, who was at Foxcroft at the time, and contrary to Tribe’s flat white policy, he made me a dry cappuccino.
