#grateful for what felt like a cooler day, overcast, but humid, with a coolish light breeze; for working this morning and afternoon, and a snooze in-between, having to catch up on sleep from a very busy week 😴 ; for a walk to Woolies to buy up their last ❤️ stock; for Viv driving past and us having a long pavement chat; for getting my Tanzanite ring back, two stones replaced and so nicely polished, #thankyou Renate of Timeless Pearls 💙 ; for lovely Kfm Blokparty music; and for being happy, healthy and free. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#grateful for a peaceful day spent at home mainly, working, working, working; for a walk to Pick n Pay to buy some items I couldn’t get at Woolies, the latter poorly stocked, not having received any delivery today; for Camps Bay being busy, with litter to pick up left by picknickers at the Tidal Pool, something I’m going to have to get used to again, with minimal mask wearing 😱 ; for a 19C day but feeling very humid this afternoon; for a visit by Lisa Hayden; and for being happy, healthy and free. 🙏💙 Continue reading →
