The Sweet Service Award goes to Rocksole Shoe and Bag Repair on Wale Street, and its charming owner Raj Jaga, who managed to fix the soles of my favorite pair of shoes in less than a week before my overseas trip, which I noticed in the last minute had been taking a lot of strain from all my dancing! I had forgotten about the public holiday shortening the week. He is extremely kind to his customers, and always tries to make a plan. He was awarded a Sweet Service Award in January too. Rocksole Shoe and Bag Repair Sweet Service; Audi Cape Town Sour Service Award!
The Sweet Service Award goes to Rocksole Shoe and Bag Repair in Bo-Kaap, and its owner Raj Jaga, who twice within a month has assisted me. First he managed to replace a bag handle in a shorter time than he allows for normally. Then he added an extra hole on the strap of a new handbag while I was in the shop, and he did not charge me for it, saying that I am a loyal customer. Continue reading →
