Twelve out of sixty invited Cabernet Sauvignon wines were judged to be the best in our country, scoring 90 or more out of 100 points in Winemag’s Prescient Cabernet Sauvignon Report 2016, the top wines recognised at a function held at the MOMA Gallery in Bo-Kaap on Thursday.

CapeWine 2015 talks and tastes wines too!
CapeWine 2015 is not just about tasting wine, and meeting the passionate wine makers, but it is also educational, with a series of seminars which have been offered in the Amorim Speakers Corner, which have included wine tastings too.

Paris comes to Franschhoek for Bastille Festival this weekend!
The Franschhoek Bastille Festival is one of the most popular events held in this French Huguenot village, and this weekend (11 and 12 July) Franschhoek will be decked in red, white, and blue to celebrate its French roots. Even a mini Eiffel Tower is to bring Paris to Franschhoek this year!
