Two Cape Town icons, the Cape of Good Hope and Table Mountain, have been included in the list of four South African nominees for the New 7Wonders of Nature campaign, reports News24.com.
The Cape of Good Hope is already ranked in 40th position, and Table Mountain is at 247th position. Kruger National Park is at 117th and the Vredefort crater is at 394th position. Only one Natural Wonder per country may be selected for the final vote and only 77 nominees go into the final voting phase.
SA Tourism will support the four South African Wonders of Nature nominees.
