Corona Gratitude š
#Grateful for a sunny day, at about 21C; for the sad confirmation from the very emotional Ian Halfon that he has closed down his Balducciās and Belthazar restaurants in the Waterfront; for a very efficient cleanup of parts of Camps Bay this afternoon with one of the Camps Bay Community Cleaners; for two Discovery Vitality Gameboard plays, the Discovery Miles of today and last week bringing me to 750 Discovery Miles, paying for my second R100 Woolworths voucher in two weeks š; for dancing to Kfm; and for being happy and healthy.
There was a film shoot in Camps Bay today, extending into tomorrow too, apparently a TV commercial for the City of Cape Town, to communicate ocean swimming safety.
Starbucks is looking ready to open next week, at least from the outside. I found another ā¤ļø stone, and brought it home for my love for KitKat. š»
Imtiaz and I found bad pockets of litter on our walk today. As a small team of two we were more efficient than being four mostly.

The Corona Virus Lockdown (Level 5), announced by our President Cyril Ramaphosa earlier to commence on 27 March and to continue until 16 April, subsequently extended to 30 April, lowered to Level 4 from 1 May, lowered to Level 3 from 1 June, lowered to Level 2 from 18 August, and lowered to Level 1 from 21 September, is an unprecedented event in my lifetime. I am posting my daily Facebook post to journal this Corona Lockdown Journey, perhaps to serve as material for a future Book.
