Cape Town will be the first entry point for new hotel and residential developments in excess of R 5 billion in the next three years, reports the Cape Times. A joint venture between the Trump Organisation and local developer Devland has been signed, and could see developments in other parts of South Africa as well. No developments will be completed in time for 2010.
Donald Trump jnr praised the “natural beauty” of South Africa, and its good fit to his Organisation’s vision of setting up leisure, golf, resort and residential developments.
