The Sweet Service Award goes to Frames 4 Africa in Hermanus, and its owner Zelda, for the excellent service of framing a drawing which I had bought at an art gallery, within 24 hours of bringing it to them. Zelda kept her promise of the timing, and sent me a text message to confirm that the framing was ready for collection. I have never received such a speedy framing service!
The Sour Service Award goes to Clicks in Hermanus, for the poor service I received on two consecutive days, from staff at the till. One of the staff didn’t ask for my Club Card, and the other had an arrogant attitude when I asked her what the total was. The supervisor was very understanding, and promised to address both issues with the two staff members.
