The Sweet Service Award goes to Pick ‘n Pay in the V&A Waterfront and its Manager Faizel Saban, for allowing me to buy an eye shadow tester, as they did not have my colour preference in stock, and despite it not being for sale. Faizel levied a nominal price for it, as it was not on their system. He also kindly offered me a parking voucher.
The Sour Service Award goes to Sanlam, for not sending a Tax Certificate as had been promised telephonically.
