The Sweet Service Award goes to my dentist Dr Wim de Beer, who is busy repairing an implant that has cracked, doing so step by step, and choosing the least uncomfortable method to do so.  I no longer have any fear of visiting a dentist.

 

 

 

The Sour Service Award goes to Facebook, which company’s service, together with that of its other brands Instagram and What’s App, was out of operation for more than six hours recently. There was no apology to its customers.
