The Sweet Service Award goes to Dr Wim De Beer, of the Cosmetic & Dental Emporium in the Waterfront. Dr Wim is my dentist, having been responsible for my dental transformation over the past four years. One of the implants came out, and he was able to reinstate it within 24 hours of my request, during his lunch break, at a fair cost compared to having to make a new tooth.
The Sour Service Award goes to OUTsurance, which called me incessantly recently. As I am not a client of the insurance company, and the company name was identified on Truecaller, I did not answer the call, the person keeping on calling throughout the day. Only when I took a call at the end of the day and told the person that I am not a client did the calls stop. I am more than happy with Discovery Insure, and will never deal with OUTsurance after this experience with the company!
