Sweet Service Award goes to Pick n Pay; Sour Service Award goes to Loot!

The Sweet Service Award goes to Pick n Pay in Camps Bay, and its Manager Odwa for his good service always. In November he had promised to organise a box of 40 Smarties at their special reduced Black Friday price. While it took about three months to arrive, Odwa kept his word, and I paid the reduced price.

The Sour Service Award goes to Loot, an online ordering company which I had never used before. I ordered CK one deodorant, which showed that it was in stock. To not pay the delivery fee I was given a delivery date of three weeks later. I paid for the two items, plus for a pair of gardening gloves. On the day before the scheduled delivery date, I was told that it is an imported item, and that no stock is available! I was to receive delivery of the gloves a day after the scheduled delivery date, and a refund for the payment of the deodorant, which still has not been made.  I went back to Google to find an alternative source, and discovered that TakeaLot has product in stock, at one third less than the Loot price! So a blessing in disguise!
