The Sweet Service Award goes to Royal Canin and Pet Heaven, for an amazing promotion which offers kitten owners a R300 voucher for the Royal Cannin Kitten dry food, which I was alerted to by my friend Elize Skriker. As there was no pet shop anywhere near to me, I had to call Pet Heaven, the delivery partner, purchase the product at R305 minus the voucher = R5 to pay, with zero delivery charge. An amazing gift for my new kitten Mr Grey. The delivery was promised for Monday initially, but has been brought forward to today, 24 hours after the order was placed.
The Sour Service Award goes to Vodacom, and its rude call centre person Kleintjie Phihlela. I called to check the status of my account so that I can close my contract with the company, and I could not get him to spell his name and surname, only repeating it verbally over and over again, as if I should know how to spell it. He told me to take my phone off speaker mode, so that I could hear him say it better! He refused to spell it initially, saying that he had to be sure that he was the right person to speak to. He put down the phone, and I dialled again, only to get through to him again!
