The Sweet Service Award goes to Wizardz in the Garden’s Centre, and its staff member Cheryl Roberts, who held my hand yesterday in translating my five projects which I wrote for my Tourist Guiding course on my WordPress platform, into Word, and then printed them all out for me, a two-hour process. I am very proud of how professional my documents look, and I hope my lecturers will think so too.
The Sour Service Award goes to Discovery Vitality, for its call earlier this week, after work hours, and whilst I was studying for my exam, very forceful in challenging me about my Sour Service Award last week, in writing that I had not received a Gameboard play twice since the company switched its reward system to Discovery Miles on 15 January 2020. Despite the Discovery Vitality website information page admitting that it had synching problems with major fitness devices such as my FitBit, the caller would not admit that this was the reason for my lower fitness performance in each case. I had visited the Sea Point branch twice in the six weeks since 15 January to complain about the reward allocation, but received no support from the staff there! I had to end the call as she went on and in, in trying to blame me for my poor fitness score, when in fact my fitness pattern is the same every week! I asked her to do her homework about the synching problem, and to call me next week, after my exams are done.
