* WOSA (Wines of South Africa) CEO Siobhan Thompson has described the wines of our country as using ‘fusion wine-making’, the ‘newest generation of wines‘ being made with confidence in theown style of the winemaker, creating a blend of Old and New World wines, which are ‘uniquely South African‘.
* Tourist numbers declined by 7% between February 2014 and 2015, reports Business Day. In the same period the number of tourists from China, a market that is still small but has been seen to have huge potential, has declined by 32%!
