The Sweet Service Award goes to Wizardz at the Garden Center and its staff member Eddie Benjamin. Eddie assisted me with the short-run printing of a book, taking care of the technical challenges involved, to create a special gift. He regularly informed me about the status of the project throughout the one week production process.
The Sour Service Award goes to the SA Butler Academy, for sending a lawyer’s letter three years (!) after we posted the post ‘The SA Butler Academy grossly misleads its students and hospitality industry clients!’ about the Academy on our Blog, it now feeling the damaging effect of the blogpost and requesting that the post be removed. The SA Butler Academy has not held back in bad-mouthing and disparaging us on every possible social media platform! Numerous Butler students have called and emailed me about the misleading claims made by the SA Butler Academy, finding our Blogpost on the first page of Google!
