The Sweet Service Award goes to SupaQuick Bree Street for its excellent service from their two Nicos.  Mechanic Nico could identify the cause of a rattle within a minute of driving the car, and did a quick temporary repair until the part could be sourced from Mercedes-Benz.  The part sourcing took a day longer than promised, but was fitted within an hour.
