Extraordinary Chef Prim Reddy starts a new chapter with Indian Chapter Restaurant!

 

Yesterday I met Restaurateur and Chef Prim Reddy for the first time in her new Indian Chapter in Blouberg, on my way to the West Coast. She recently moved into smaller premises across the road from her former venue, grateful for this fortunate misfortune, focusing on her 20 diners with even more care and personal attention. Corona Gratitude šŸ™

#Grateful for a beautiful day; ļæ¼for a quick walk this morning to get some steps, energizing me to write my Blogpost when I got back home; for being well organized in leaving for a Roadtrip, with my school friend Jenny Stephens ; for meeting Chef and Restaurateur Prim Reddy Chapter at her new Indian Chapter in Blouberg for the first time; for a lovely drive to Darling, visiting Evita se Perron, Darling Brew, and had tea and scones at The Marmalade Cat; for staying over at Waylands Guesthouse on the Waylands Farm, seeing flowers on the way already; for walking the last steps of the day on the Farm; for ending a lovely day with a Braai; and for being happy and healthy. šŸ™šŸ’™ Continue reading →

Bestseller ā€˜Temptations’ Cookbook ā€˜fattens the curve’, launch celebrated virtually with a High Tea on Sunday 12 July, features top Cape Town restaurateur!

 

Well-known and highly respected restaurant owner and Chef Prim Reddy of Cape Town based Indian Chapter Restaurant with Prim Reddy is the writer with Durban-based baker, hotelier, and chef Niranj Pather of the ā€˜Temptations: Exquisite Tastes with an exotic Touch’ Cookbook. The book is described as ā€˜fattening the curve’, the launch of which will be celebrated this coming Sunday at 15h00 with a Virtual High Tea.

ā€˜Temptations’ is a lovely name for a book dedicated to Food, and contains 83 recipes from the two writers’ travels, dishes which they have experienced, and their own dishes. The Cookbook has already madeĀ the Exclusive Books Bestseller List.
