The Sweet Service Award goes to TakeaLot, for its amazing service in delivering an order for cat food and cat litter a day earlier than promised. When ordering, I was given the choice of receiving it the following day with a delivery charge, or a day later without a delivery charge, so I chose the latter, only to receive a SMS to announce its delivery a day later.
