The Sweet Service Award goes to TakeaLot, for its amazing service in delivering an order for cat food and cat litter a day earlier than promised. When ordering, I was given the choice of receiving it the following day with a delivery charge, or a day later without a delivery charge, so I chose the latter, only to receive a SMS to announce its delivery a day later. I really enjoy dealing with this online ordering company, because of its efficiency and its ease of ordering.
The Sour Service Award goes to Discovery Insure, for its promise to rectify its error of last month in not doing a Cashback payment for minimal driving and for good driving, which should have been paid this month, this month’s payment also not yet received. It’s a shame when marketing promises made are not followed through. And the problem is that it is almost impossible to reach someone to speak to telephonically.
