#grateful for a relaxed me-day; for a sunny day but very windy; for a walk through Camps Bay, there being no litter đ, and barely any cars parked near the Tidal Pool, but more at the Beachfront, restaurants looking quite empty at lunchtime; for a movie catch-up this afternoon, with Minsky sleeping on the bed with me; for my monthly blood sugar level testing perfectly, at 5,6; for a walk through Bakoven; for Kfmâs lovely music all day, I just wanting to dance đ; and for being happy and healthy. đđ Continue reading →
