Before visiting France in the past week, I had no knowledge of top patisseries in a country that is hailed as the temple of pastry, not only in ingredients but also in its presentation. The Test Kitchen has done our country and Cape Town in particular proud, by becoming the 22nd Best Restaurant in the World!
