Swissport Sweet Service and Burgundy Sour Service Awards!

swissport_logo_printThe Sweet Service Award goes to Swissport and its staff Zaheera Mia and Yolanda, for assisting us in obtaining a suitcase for our guest Monika Hänni, which had got left behind in Zürich.
