Western Cape Premier Alan Winde is putting out a strong message that he and his team are concerned about the rising Covid case numbers in Cape Town and on the Garden Route, requesting the power to deal with his province to address this without national government intervention, a stricter Lockdown having a disastrous effect on the economy of our Province, on jobs, and on its residents.
