The Sweet Service Award goes to TakeaLotcom, for its beyond efficient handling of customer collections of orders the day before the Corona Virus Lockdown. The day before I had communicated with one of their staff, who told me that my order could not be collected because one item, the skipping rope I needed for my Lockdown exercise, was not in stock. She assisted me in ordering a different brand which was in stock, and the next morning I received a message to say that I could collect my order. There was a short queue at the entrance to the Business Park in Montagu Gardens, I found parking easily, and found the entrance. I had to check in on a Tablet at the entrance, someone assisting me. I then sat down in the Collections Department, expecting a long wait, but it was less than 5 minutes before my name came up on the screen. I had to sign a piece of paper, hand in a form at the exit, and off I went with my skipping rope, the collection taking ten minutes!
