Computicket Sweet Service and Flight Centre Sea Point Sour Service Awards!

ComputicketThe Sweet Service Award goes to William of Computicket at the Theatre on the Bay in Camps Bay, for his fantastic service I have enjoyed over the years. This week he changed a booking for ‘My Fair Lady’ to a date after the one which I had tickets for, but which I could not make due to a return flight arriving a day later. Normally one can only exchange tickets for an earlier date, but I will be out of the country for all the other dates of the musical.

Flight CentreThe Sour Service Award goes to Flight Centre in Sea Point, and its operator Jessica, for her poor service in booking flights for an overseas trip. I had been to see her two weeks ago, left all the details and dates with her, and she promised to email me on the Monday thereafter, as I was in Hermanus for the week. On my return there was no email from her. I had to chase her to get her to return my call, and when she sent the suggested itinerary it had flights via Johannesburg, which I had specified I did not want as a routing. The very efficient Michaela at the Flight Centre Garden’s Centre branch made the booking for me effortlessly.
