There must be a special name for Michael Townsend, a restaupreneur, opening one restaurant after the other in Cape Town! Today he has announced the opening within the next four months of four Easy Tiger outlets in Cape Town.
Townsend is the owner of the Harbour House Group, with a Harbour House in Kalk Bay and the V&A Waterfront, and another opening in Constantia Nek; Tiger’s Milk in Muizenberg, and on Long Street, with another opening in Century City as well as in Claremont; La Parada Tapas restaurants on Bree Street and in Kalk Bay, with another opening at Constantia Nek; and Lucky Fish in Kalk Bay and in Muizenberg. Townsend is keen to get a taste of the Johannesburg and Durban markets too!
Townsend describes Easy Tiger as ‘fast/casual burger‘, and they will open as follows: on Bree Street in mid-October (former Lucky Fish), in Kalk Bay in Mid-November, in Sea Point in Mid-November (former Lucky Fish), and in Muizenberg in mid-December.
The new Easy Tiger outlets will bring the total number of restaurants owned by the Harbour House Geoup to 16.
