The Sweet Service Award goes to the City of Cape Town, for its spare electricity, which has lessened the Loadshedding outages for Cape Town, taking us down one Stage, often leading to no outages in Stages 1 and 2, particularly beneficial when the Loadshedding is scheduled for the evening. On a day in the past week the Loadshedding in our area was meant to last until 22h30, but the power was switched back on at 21h00.
The Sour Service Award goes to Sandak-Lewin, for its continued poor service, it now emerging that statutory Income Tax returns have not been filed with the SA Revenue Services on behalf of our apartment block. Our block has been with the managing agent company for two years already! Only now that a demand has been received from SARS have they started taking action!
The WhaleTales Sweet & Sour Service Awards are presented every Friday on the WhaleTales blog.
