The Sweet Service Award goes to Woolworths Camps Bay, the store with the friendliest service of all that shop at, with a personalised greeting by name from most of its staff, a real community store. Compared to our local Pick n Pay, the Woolworths is an absolute pleasure to shop at.
The Sour Service Award goes to Standard Bank, its Banking App being on the blink most of last Friday, the last day of the month, I needing to buy electricity via the App. The bank bombards one with emails and sms messages, but did not think of informing its customers that it was having a serious technical problem. There was no message of apology after the bank’s App failure either!
