#Grateful for the energy to go for a walk up to Clifton First Beach this morning, 9500 steps rewarded with 300 Discovery points automatically, despite numerous stops along the way to pick up Litter; for saying hello to the always bubbly Juanita of Rainbow, not having seen her in more than two months; for buying a roast chicken from Woolies on International Rotisserie Chicken Day, my post about Woolies selling them again outperforming anything else I posted yesterday; for being such a good writer that parts of my writing is shared by others without acknowledgement or credit đ±; for receiving just over R300 Cash back from Discovery Vitality for my healthy food purchases in May; for the rain we had early this morning; and for being healthy and fit. đđ Continue reading →
