Leeu Collection hospitality group has announced its partnership with Chef Ritu Dalmia, a restaurateur from Delhi, where she owns Italian restaurant Diva. Chef Ritu will look after all international restaurant interests of the Leeu Collection, excluding its South African restaurants.
