#Grateful for another spectacular 24C day, how lucky we are, and how good for oneâs soul and spirit; for going to exercise earlier, and therefore walking further, up to First Beach in Clifton, quickly getting to 10000 steps by the time I returned home; for having a relaxed day after the energetic start to the day; for spoiling myself with a pizza delivery from ColâCacchio Camps Bay, superbly executed hygiene and ordering wise; loving the Vit D sun therapy on my terrace; for yet another lovely sunset; and for feeling happy and healthy. đđ Continue reading →
