The Sweet Service Award goes to Discovery Insure, and its Claims Administrator Tovhowani Mufamadi, for the excellent service I received from him in efficiently dealing with my claim for damage caused due to a storm, responding almost immediately to my emails, and keeping me posted during all the steps of the claim process. I had switched to Discovery Insure just two months prior to the storm, but that did not affect my claim. Of all the Discovery staff that I have dealt with telephonically or by email during Lockdown  Tovhowani has been a shining star compared to the other Discovery staff.
