Sweet Service Award goes to Somerset Hospital; Sour Service Award goes to Pick n Pay ASAP!

The Sweet Service Award goes to Somerset Hospital, and its vaccination team, for its efficient and relatively quick second vaccination service a week ago, taking an hour this time, for the roughly ten persons in the queue. The chairs we sat on in the queue were wiped and sanitised each time we moved forward.  I received a notification to go to the CTICC, but because Somerset Hospital was so efficient for the first vaccination, I went back there instead. Well done Western Cape Government.

The Sour Service Award goes to Pick n Pay ASAP, the new renamed online shopping service App. Seeing an article about it, I signed up for the App, already on my phone as the former Bottles App, and registered my details. I received an email, welcoming me, and was offered a first-time R50 discount voucher. Not to let a good opportunity to try something new and to receive a discount on cat food, I rushed to try to buy immediately. As soon as I entered the promotion code, it told me that the promotion has expired! Not good enough Pick n Pay.
