The Sweet Service Award goes to Pick n Pay Strand Street, and its Manager, whom I recognised as having been at the Camps Bay Branch until earlier this year, who assisted me with an incorrect charge for two punnets of mushrooms, marked as R30 for two, but charged at almost double that price.
The Sour Service Award goes to TELKOM for harassing me to pay an alleged amount of money due, calling at numerous times of the day. I last had a telephone line two and a half years ago, and cancelled my two lines timeously when I moved from Fresnaye to Camps Bay. I heard nothing from the company until about three months ago, its lawyers calling incessantly since then, with sms messages thrown in too!
