#Grateful for another stunning day, with a bit of mist early this morning; for a long walk to the shops, and to the home of Petra to collect my new cotton masks; for good service at the Camps Bay pharmacy; for a fabulous Vit D snooze on the terrace; for the delivery of some more BioMedCan SLEEP CBD capsules by courier; for being reassured by Councillor Nicola Jowell about going into Level 4 on Friday; for it being International Dance Day today, and for how starting dancing three and a half years has changed my life, bringing out my inner 18 year old teenager, and is keeping me fit and healthyđ; for two Discovery Vitality Gameboard plays today; and for being happy and healthy. đđ Continue reading →
Last week, over a four-day period, I experienced the gift of a Silent Retreat at Temenos Retreat in McGregor. The essence of the Silent Retreat is to not speak and to look inward, learning to love oneself.
