#Grateful for a cool 19C day; for a busy working and writing day; for an energetic walk through Bakoven and up all the lanes and steps up to Camps Bay Drive, getting a good cardio workout and 300 Discovery points, a walk I loved doing with Imtiaz; for not having DSTV to see the Harry/Meghan broadcast, having heard the essence of it on all the news broadcasts on FaceBook during the day; and for being happy and healthy. đđ Continue reading →
