Corona Gratitude 🙏

#grateful for a peaceful day spent at home mainly, working, working, working; for a walk to Pick n Pay to buy some items I couldn’t get at Woolies, the latter poorly stocked, not having received any delivery today; for Camps Bay being busy, with litter to pick up left by picknickers at the Tidal Pool, something I’m going to have to get used to again, with minimal mask wearing 😱 ; for a 19C day but feeling very humid this afternoon; for a visit by Lisa Hayden; and for being happy, healthy and free. 🙏💙 Continue reading →

Corona Gratitude 🙏

#grateful for a mostly sunny day; for getting out of a tsunami of words, Kelly Szabo once again being amazing #thankyou ❤️❤️❤️; for welcoming Lorraine Mewett on her first visit to Zest; for meeting up with Anel Potgieter at Utopia when she messaged me that she and a friend were lunching there, not having seen her in 2 years or more, she now being a producer on Afternoon Express and still writing a column for Rapport; for meeting Paula Davies Lewis outside Utopia, a Blog follower who recognized me when I got out of my car yet we had never met, heading for lunch at Utopia; for a Continue reading →
